Dean is Co-Founder of the MX4 Foundation. He has over 35 years of international experience leading security risk management, crisis response and social impact efforts across multiple sectors. At MX4, he champions child protection initiatives throughout the world, creating and implementing programs to fight against child trafficking and exploitation.

Dean has held senior security risk management roles at global companies, crafting strategies to mitigate risks across regions and industries. His consulting work spans kidnap response, crisis preparedness and specialised training.

A former soldier and commissioned officer in the Australian Army, Dean also held senior executive positions with the Australian Federal Police Protective Service.

His career has taken him across the world, building a track record of delivering solutions in complex environments. Dean and his wife, Kali, have lived in Australia, Philippines, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Austria, UAE and now Kenya.
