Dr Anne Cullen
Anne Cullen is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Strategy and Innovation at Griffith University and has never regretted choosing Asia as an area of academic and personal interest. As a Managing Director of a small business in Australia, Anne engaged with Asia enough to learn that she needed to learn more.
A PhD in Indonesian politics and forestry policy ensured an abiding link to Australia’s near neighbour. An opportunity to work with Vietnamese government officials led to a fascinating residency in Hanoi with the opportunity to further her professional and personal network.
Still wanting to learn more and experience Asia broadly, Anne accepted an academic position in Dubai. On returning to Australia, she returned to her academic homeland of Griffith University to teach students of Asia who want to learn more and launch their careers with Asia.
