Dr. Eun Young Song
Eun Young is Lecturer in Management at the Research School of Management of the Australian National University.
She has demonstrated their passion for understanding contemporary phenomena through examining historical precedents, with their expertise in statistical analyses of longitudinal archival data.
‘EY’ is very much interested in either actual or apparent public conformity to social norms and its unintended consequences, ranging from the slow diffusion of technological innovation in 19th-century America to the rise of minor political ideologies in the medieval Joseon Dynasty of Korea.
EY’s preferred research context involves animals and food, and often integrates insights from gender studies in economic sociology.
