Faith is the Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at Kyndryl.

In this role she educates and enhances environmental social and governance by championing a culture of responsibility, fostering sustainability, and building diverse teams. In doing so, Faith has become recognised as an industry authority, thought leader, and subject matter expert in diversity, marketing, innovation, corporate social responsibility (CSR), Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) and risk management.

Before joining Kyndryl, Faith was the Environmental Social Governance (ESG) leader for Tesla. She helped them establish their materiality and environmental baseline, sign up for the Science Based Target Initiative, further develop their responsible sourcing program and worked with their board and investors to develop their strategies and policies. She was also a professor at Montclair State University where she created and taught courses about corporate social responsibility, innovation, and sustainability. She was also a founding member of their Human Trafficking Centre.

During her 15-year tenure at Wyndham Worldwide, she developed and built the company’s Environmental Social Governance program to become the hospitality industry’s Dow Jones Sustainability World Leader, Most Ethical Company in the World by Ethisphere and Newsweek’s Greenest Companies in the World.

Earlier in her career, Faith served as an Innovation and New Business Development leader as well as General Manager running global businesses in the cosmetic industry.

In 2022, she was listed as one of the “Top 10 Women in Sustainability Leadership in the US” by Business Chief UK and the Top 16 globally by Sustainability Magazine. She is a graduate of Stanford University and the Wharton School of Business School.
