
Prof. Bill Randolph
Bill Randolph joined the Faculty of the Built Environment at UNSW Sydney in August 2004 as Director and Professor of the City Futures Research Centre. He stepped down as Director at the end of 2020. He served as Associate Dean Research between 2009-13.
At City Futures Research Centre, he undertakes research specialising in housing policy, housing markets and affordability, urban renewal and metropolitan planning policy issues. Bill has over 40 years’ experience as a researcher on housing and urban policy issues in the academic, government, non-government and private sectors.
He holds a PhD from the London School of Economics. He is a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia, a Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia and a Member of the Australasian Housing Institute.
