
Prof. Karin Sanders
Karin is Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) & Organisational Psychology and Senior Deputy Dean (Research & Enterprise) at UNSW Sydney. Her research focuses on the HR process approach and how employee perceptions of HR affect their attitudes and behaviour in terms of cooperation, commitment, knowledge sharing, team learning and absenteeism.
Karin is an associate editor of Human Resource Management Review. Together with Schwarz, Bouckenooghe and Nguyen, she is working on a Special Issue for the Journal of Organizational Behaviour that explores collective reactions to organizational change.
Karin sat on the executive board of the HR division of the Academy of Management from 2013 to 2019. She recently co-founded an applied and translational research lab at UNSW called Hybrid Work Leadership.
