My experience includes founding, growing and leading businesses and contributing to a number of company, government, industry and university boards.

Today my passion lies in investing in and supporting high performing leaders and teams building global businesses through my investment and advisory company @Prtnr.

Our mission is to create a sustainable and vibrant future. We do this by investing in high growth companies and providing advisory services to government and industry.

I believe that the contemporary benchmarks of success for any organisation include profit, purpose, sustainability, and impact.

Since 2012, I’ve been actively engaged in building Queensland and Australia’s innovation ecosystem as a founder, board member, investor and as Queensland’s Chief Entrepreneur.

I’ve developed a broad range of leadership, project, commercial, executive and board skills and experience in a variety of roles and industries globally. My career started as an Army Officer, a role at Boeing, in an Australian technology company Mincom, and has seen me founding and co-founding multiple companies in technology, engineering & infrastructure, advisory and most recently our private investment company. I’ve also contributed as a member of various boards and advisory groups in infrastructure, innovation, government, university, and international relations.

In 2022 I was fortunate to be selected as a member of the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Legacy Committee, where my focus is on optimising economic, social, and environmental benefits for Queensland from the Brisbane 2032 Games.

I’m optimistic about the next decade and focused on investing in and nurturing businesses that tackle some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
