Dr. Ariel Isaacs
Ariel is a molecular and structural virologist, with a special interest in vaccine development for emerging viruses, such as henipaviruses and coronaviruses.
Dr Isaacs also has a strong interest in therapeutic discovery & development for treatment and prevention of viral infections. He played a key role in the development of the molecular clamp technology, which allows for rapid development of vaccines in the face of viral outbreaks.
He is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Queensland, with >20 published scientific articles in the field.
