Dr Caroline Knight
Caroline Knight is an Organisational Psychologist and Research Fellow at Curtin University’s Future of Work Institute.
Caroline’s research focuses on understanding how we can design work which is optimally healthy for individuals and enables them to perform well. She is particularly interested in the context of remote and hybrid work on work design and the future of work.
Caroline holds a PhD from the Institute of Work Psychology at the UK’s Sheffield Management School and has published in top tier international management journals such as the Journal of Organizational Psychology, Human Relations, and the Journal of Vocational Behavior.
