Kate Meyrick
Kate Meyrick is a British-born lawyer with more 25 years’ experience in the international property industry. She is currently the Director of Urbis and is undertaking her PhD programme about the future of Australian cities and communities at Curtin University’s School of Design and Built Environment alongside the renowned sustainability expert John Curtin Distinguished Professor Peter Newman.
Kate holds a Master’s degree in Urban Design and Estate Management. Working alongside government, industry and community partners, she has been instrumental in shaping a shared vision for some of Australia’s most ambitious major urban infrastructure and regeneration projects. Recently, Kate has been focusing on rail-led urban renaissance projects across Australia, the UK and US to achieve maximum city transformation impact.
