Prof. Lan Snell
Lan Snell has more than 20 years’ leadership experience across both academia and industry. She is Head of School and Dean, University of Southern Queensland Business School.
Lan is a leader in creating innovative programs, with a track record in designing and learning models across three business schools at Charles Sturt University, University of Technology Sydney and Macquarie University.
Prior to joining University of Southern Queensland, Lan led the development of the Global MBA for Macquarie Business School, attracting more than 400 students from 38 countries.
She secured #1 ranking in Australia and #6 globally for online MBAs (CEO Magazine); and #2 in Australia and Top 20 in the world in the QS World University Rankings 2021. Lan serves on the Executive Committee for the Australian Business Deans Council.
